At the “Disney Content Showcase APAC 2024,” a lineup of new films and series from Disney, 20th Century Studios, Searchlight Pictures, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar, Marvel Studios, and Lucasphilly was announced. The Walt Disney Company will hold the two-day Disney Content Showcase APAC 2024 starting on November 20th, where it will unveil an impressive lineup of films to be released in theaters and streamed on Disney+ from 2025 to 2026.
The spectacular line-up event, held at Singapore’s iconic Marina Bay Sands, focused on Disney’s world-class storytelling, with previews of hotly anticipated new releases from each creative studio and announcements of key titles.
To close the first day, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige made a surprise virtual appearance, followed by Anthony Mackie, star of Captain America: Brave New World, on stage , sending the audience into a frenzy of joy.
In addition, it was announced that next year, Lucasfilm’s “Star Wars: Visions” VOLUME 3 will be exclusively distributed on Disney+. Based on the stories and legends of Star Wars, the series celebrates the greatness of Japan and anime, which are the roots of the series’ creation.
