From the TV anime “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba”, a limited edition Christmas design cake for 2024 has been released, featuring prints of Kamado Tanjiro and other pillars. There are a lineup of 27 designs, and reservations are being accepted on the “Priroll” official website.
“Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” is an anime based on the manga by Koyoharu Gotouge, which has been published by Shueisha’s “Jump Comics” in 23 volumes and has sold over 150 million copies. The story follows Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family was killed by demons, who joins the Demon Slayer Corps to turn his sister Nezuko, who has also become a demon, back into a human, and throws himself into fighting demons.
The anime, which is produced by ufotable, has been developed as a series starting with “TV Anime “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” Kamado Tanjiro: Unwavering Resolve Arc” in April 2019. After “TV Anime “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” Pillar Training Arc” aired from May 2024, it has been decided that “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Castle Arc” will be produced as a trilogy.
This time, “Priroll”, all of whose products are officially licensed, is releasing the “Xmas PriCake 2024” from the TV anime “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba”.
The cake is filled with plenty of sweet and sour strawberries, and you can choose between whipped cream or chocolate cream when purchasing.
There are a total of 27 different print designs available.
There are 14 different types of cakes with large prints of character expressions, ranging from Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira to the “pillars” of the Demon Slayer Corps.
There are also printed cakes of Tsuyuri Hanao and Shinazugawa Genya, fellow swordsmen of Kamado Tanjiro.
There are also designs that allow you to enjoy the expressions of multiple characters at once, such as a cake printed with both Ubuyashiki Kagaya and Ubuyashiki Amane, and a cake printed with the Shinazugawa brothers.
Also not to be missed is the image featuring the seven “pillars” who appeared in the Pillar Training arc of the anime “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” – Water Pillar Giyu Tomioka, Insect Pillar Shinobu Kocho, Mist Pillar Muichiro Tokito, Love Pillar Mitsuri Kanroji, Snake Pillar Obanai Iguro, Wind Pillar Sanemi Shinazugawa, and Rock Pillar Gyomei Himejima.
In addition, cakes with prints of Tomioka Giyuu and Sabito, Tamayo and Yushiro will also be available, making for an irresistible design for fans of “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.”
