“Moomin Market 2024” will be held at Takashimaya Osaka from November 20 to December 2, 2024. In addition to selling limited edition products, there will also be a photo spot of Moomin House, the symbol of the event.
The Moomins are characters created by the Finnish author Tove Jansson. The fantasy story of the cute, round Moomin family, the traveler Snufkin, Little My and other strange characters is loved all over the world.
“Moomin Market” is a traveling event that creates the world of Moomin and sells a wide variety of goods. “Moomin Market 2024” will have a lineup of many limited items.
The items on offer include the cute “Tissue Pouch (BE)” (1,320 yen) with an illustration of Moomintroll and Little My hiking, the “Eco Bag” (1,540 yen), the “Book Cover” (2,090 yen),
The collection includes a variety of items to add color to your everyday life, including a “standing whiteboard” (693 yen), a “coffee measure (Snufkin)” (770 yen), and a “MEI vertical shoulder bag” (6,600 yen).
Other items available for relaxation during breaks include “Tree of Life Canned Herbal Tea (Apple & Chamomile) Tea Bags 2g x 5 bags” (2,700 yen), “Years Plate” (4,180 yen), and “Celebration Tove Jansson Tin (baked goods approx. 60g)” (1,320 yen).
The venue will feature Moomin House, where the Moomins live. It is a massive 2m high, making it the perfect photo spot to remember your visit.
If you spend 3,000 yen or more at the venue during the period, the first 60 people each day will receive a “tin badge” (6 different designs each day).
The designs are Moomintroll on November 20th and December 1st and 2nd, Little My on November 21st and 22nd, Snufkin on the 23rd and 24th, Moominmamma on the 25th and 26th, Miss Mymble on the 27th and 28th, and Moominpappa on the 29th and 30th.
Additionally, the first 300 people who spend over 10,000 yen (tax included) during the period will receive a tote bag, and the first 1,500 people who shop at the venue will receive a sticker.
