December 5th is Bermuda Triangle Day.
The Bermuda Triangle is a triangular body of water that connects the Bermuda Islands, the Florida Peninsula, and Puerto Rico, and is known as a zone where mysterious incidents occur frequently. The origin of this anniversary is that a US military plane went missing on the same day in 1945.
In anime and games, there are characters who are fascinated by the occult, supernatural phenomena that cannot be explained by science. They may believe in the existence of ghosts, be obsessed with fortune telling, or try to make contact with aliens.
